Who I am…

Me before kids…

Hi! My name is Tiffany…

…and I wasn’t always open about this whole work and woo thing.

Before kids, I thrived on structure.

Give me a messy process and I’d find a way to streamline it.

Give me a pile of data and I’d turn it into clarity.

That’s where I felt strong.

But once I became a mom, most of that energy shifted into holding our home together.

Schedules. Chores. Grocery lists.

The kind of organizing that keeps a family moving.

My “woo” side, the part of me that read charts, followed moon cycles, and leaned on intuition…?

Got buried.

People didn’t take it seriously, and I couldn’t risk being judged when I already felt like I was barely keeping up.

Then everything fell apart.

My marriage ended, and suddenly I was staring at single motherhood with four kids who needed me steady when I felt anything but.

Bills piled up. Sleep was thin.

Some days, just keeping the clothes clean and the kids fed felt like climbing a mountain.

The woo stopped being optional...

I couldn’t muscle my way through it all with checklists alone.

I needed something deeper.

Astrology gave me language for the cycles I was living.

Crystals reminded me to ground when I felt like floating away.

Energy work gave me just enough breath to keep going.

These weren’t just “hobbies” anymore… they were survival tools.

They kept me in the light when all I wanted was to crawl deep into a hole.

And that’s when everything shifted.

I stopped seeing my love of systems and my love of the stars as two separate worlds.

Instead, I realized they were partners.

Together, they gave me the tools to create order out of overwhelm.

Not just in my career, but in my life.

Now, when I talk about “alignment,” it’s not just a buzzword.

It’s the lived experience of finding balance between strategy and soul.

It’s in the way I guide my clients.

Not by forcing them into rigid boxes, but by helping them recognize their natural flow and then designing systems that actually support it.

Because I believe your work should feel like it belongs to YOU.

Not the version of you that hustles to exhaustion, or second-guesses every move, but the version of you that knows your rhythms, honors your energy, and shines in both your craft and your calling.

And here’s the truth:

I’ve never seen myself as the lone hero in the story.

I’ve always resonated more with the sidekick, the loyal supporter, the one cheering from the sidelines while working behind the scenes. I’m the one who says “Yes, you can do this” when the world feels too heavy.

That’s one of my greatest gifts:

Helping others see their own light, their own power, and reminding them they don’t have to walk it alone.

That’s who I am

A Bridge-Builder between the practical and the mystical, the spreadsheets and the stardust.

The Sidekick in your corner, cheering you on and reminding you of your own strength when you’ve forgotten it.

And if you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit the mold, like you’re searching for a way to bring more of your self into your work…

Then you’re in the right place.

Hiding behind a smile…

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”

— Helen Keller
