BBOA provides business operations consulting, leadership development, and strategic guidance, including services based on The SHINE Cycle™ framework.

Services may include (but are not limited to):

✦ Training, facilitation, and educational resources

All services are designed to support clarity, communication, and team alignment. BBOA provides guidance, frameworks, and facilitation, but does not execute business operations on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with BBOA, you agree to:

✦ Respect scheduling policies and communicate changes in advance
✦ Take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results

You acknowledge that outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, team dynamics, and external conditions.

Payment & Refunds

✦ Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
✦ All sales are final once a service has been delivered

Rescheduling or service credits may be offered at BBOA’s discretion, but are not guaranteed.

BBOA does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to financial performance, business growth, or team outcomes.

All services are advisory and educational in nature. Results will vary based on individual circumstances and implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBOA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

BBOA reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client relationship becomes misaligned, inappropriate, or disruptive.

In such cases, any refunds or credits will be handled at BBOA’s discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
