Work With Me Directly
Bring The SHINE Cycle™ into your team with hands-on guidance designed to
strengthen communication, leadership, and team performance.
Strong teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built with intention.
A lot of leaders can sense when something inside their team isn't quite working.
Communication might be looping back on itself. Decisions could be taking longer than they should. Or you know your people are talented… but for some reason the flow isn't there.
And that's where The SHINE Cycle™ comes in.
Many leaders will be able to take the free SHINE workbook and run with it on their own. Maybe join The Alignment Academy for some community support and integrate the framework into their team more slowly.
But some leaders want guidance to apply it faster. And a number of teams will benefit from installing the full framework together.
This page will help you figure out which path makes the most sense for you and your team.
No pressure. No hidden pricing. Just clarity.
The goal is sustainable transformation…
Many leaders get everything they need to start their team’s transformation from:
✦ The SHINE Workbook
✦ Thoughtful reflection
✦ Practicing the cycle together with their team
✦ Community support inside The Alignment Academy
And if you're someone who enjoys experimenting, iterating, and learning by doing, that may be enough.
The SHINE Cycle™ was designed to be simple, repeatable, and self-guided.
But sometimes leaders want more support because:
➺ A team dynamic feels stuck and productivity has slowed
➺ Communication keeps breaking down and it’s getting expensive
➺ Leadership responsibilities are expanding faster than expected
➺ Or the stakes feel too high to "figure it out slowly"
That’s when working together can accelerate the process.
Not because you can’t do it yourself. But because you don’t have to.
A Quick Self-Check:
Before deciding whether to bring in support, take a moment to notice what’s actually happening inside your team right now.
✦ Maybe you understand The SHINE Cycle™, but applying it consistently feels harder than you expected
✦ Or you’ve started making shifts, but you’re not fully sure if you’re focusing on the right things
✦ It’s possible you can see the potential for your team clearly, but the path to get everyone there feels a bit unclear
✦ You might want your team aligned faster, without carrying all the weight yourself
✦ Or you’d like to implement this well right off the bat rather than figure it all out through trial and error on your own
If any of these made you think, “yeah… that’s happening here”, working together could make a big difference.

SHINE Use Cases
-
I’ve led teams inside fast-moving warehouse and fulfillment environments where priorities shifted constantly, communication gaps created expensive delays, and too much operational knowledge lived inside people’s heads instead of shared systems.
Long before I formally created The SHINE Cycle™, I found myself naturally building clearer rhythms around visibility, communication, ownership, and feedback so teams could move together instead of constantly reacting.
By redesigning workflows, improving project visibility, and creating more collaborative operational systems, we were able to reduce labor costs by roughly 6% and cut project changeover time by nearly 80%.
More importantly, the team moved from constant friction and confusion toward clarity, trust, and flow.

Before SHINE had a name, I spent years working in live theater as a stage manager, director, designer, and creative problem-solver.
Theater is one of the most intense team environments imaginable. You have deadlines that cannot move, emotions running high, dozens of moving parts, and people with wildly different personalities all trying to create something together in real time.
I learned quickly that strong teams don’t form because everyone thinks the same. They form because people understand the vision, trust each other’s roles, and feel safe enough to communicate honestly under pressure.
A lot of the rhythm behind The SHINE Cycle™ was refined backstage:
clarifying expectations, guiding collaboration, encouraging growth, and helping teams recover quickly when things inevitably went sideways. -
Over the years, I’ve taught and mentored people in all kinds of environments... youth programs, music education, scouting leadership, workplace training, and homeschool co-ops.
One thing became very obvious:
people learn best when they understand both the what and the why.Instead of focusing only on instruction, I focused on creating environments where people could participate, ask questions, practice safely, and build confidence through involvement rather than fear of failure.
The result was stronger engagement, faster growth, and teams that became more collaborative and self-sufficient over time.
Many of the foundational ideas behind The SHINE Cycle™ were shaped through these real-world teaching experiences long before the framework officially existed.
-
As I’ve built Bespoke Biz Ops Alignment and developed The SHINE Cycle™, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by how often marketing struggles are actually communication struggles.
People can sense when messaging is technically polished but emotionally disconnected.
Teams struggle to promote offers they don’t fully understand themselves.
Founders explain what they do constantly, but skip the deeper why that creates trust and resonance.Building SHINE has pushed me to apply these principles to my own communication, visibility, and brand development in real time.
The more I explore this work, the more convinced I become that strong marketing isn’t just about persuasion... it’s about clarity, alignment, trust, and helping people genuinely feel seen in the problem you solve.
-
As a single mom raising four kids while balancing leadership roles, operations work, and community responsibilities, I learned very quickly that sustainable leadership cannot rely on force, perfection, or constant over-functioning.
The same patterns that create friction inside organizations show up in families too:
unclear expectations, reactive communication, emotional bottlenecks, and people carrying too much without support. The SHINE Cycle™ was shaped just as much by real life as by professional leadership experience.
I’ve used these principles to create more clarity, resilience, collaboration, and adaptability both at work and at home... because at the end of the day, people are still people. Whether they’re employees, volunteers, students, or family members, humans thrive when they feel seen, heard, involved, nurtured, and trusted to grow.
A Final Note…
The SHINE Cycle™ isn't about fixing people.
It’s about giving teams a shared rhythm for learning, communicating, and improving together.
Sometimes that rhythm emerges naturally.
Sometimes it helps to install it intentionally.
If you feel confident applying the workbook on your own, wonderful. That's exactly why it exists.
If you'd it would be helpful to get an outside perspective on where your team is right now, the Diagnostic Call is a great place to start.
And if you and your team are ready to go deeper, the Sprint Program, Installation Cohort, and Partnership Alignment each give us space to build the framework into how you actually operate.
No matter what, the goal is the same:
More clarity. Less friction. Teams that genuinely enjoy working together.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No.
The Diagnostic is typically a one-on-one conversation with the leader.
We’ll look at your team structure, communication patterns, and leadership rhythms together. From there, you'll leave with a clear understanding of where friction is forming and how to move forward.
-
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: The session will not include a full video or audio recording.
Instead, I capture a detailed transcript and AI-assisted summary of the conversation, along with key insights and action steps.
You’ll receive these notes after the session so you can revisit the ideas, review your 30-day roadmap, and share relevant takeaways with your team if helpful.
This format is designed to give you clear, usable takeaways without needing to revisit an entire call.
-
You’ll walk away with comprehensive session notes and summary, along with a 30-day action roadmap you can begin implementing immediately.
From there, you have options:
➺ Apply the framework on your own
➺ Bring SHINE to your team gradually
➺ Decide you'd like deeper support through the Implementation programAnd you’re always welcome to get additional support through the SHINE community: The Alignment Academy.
-
Yes.
If you decide within 30 days of your Diagnostic that you'd like to move forward with the Implementation Program, the cost of your Diagnostic can be applied toward the program investment.
-
Nope!
The Diagnostic stands fully on its own as a strategy session.
If the conversation reveals that deeper support could be helpful, we can discuss Implementation. If not, you'll still leave with practical insights and next steps.
-
That’s completely okay.
The free SHINE workbook and community exist specifically so leaders can explore the framework at their own pace.
If the time ever comes when you want additional guidance, you’ll know where to find me.
-
The free Strategy Call is a short exploratory conversation for leaders who are considering Implementation.
Its purpose is simple: to determine whether the program is the right fit for your team and your current situation.
During the call we’ll briefly discuss:
✦ your team structure and leadership dynamics
✦ the challenges you're hoping to improve
✦ whether SHINE Implementation would realistically helpIf it seems like a good match, we’ll outline the next steps for starting the program. If not, I’ll point you toward the resources that make more sense for where you are right now.
-
The Implementation program works best for teams that:
✦ Are actively growing or evolving
✦ Want a clear leadership rhythm across the organization
✦ Are experiencing recurring communication or accountability friction
✦ Value intentional leadership developmentIt’s especially helpful when a team is strong individually but needs better alignment as a group.
-
Implementation will be done with a small leadership group, not the entire organization at once.
You will select 3–6 key leaders who are responsible for guiding communication, decision-making, and team development.
Together we install the SHINE framework into the way those leaders run meetings, guide projects, and support their teams. From there, the framework naturally cascades through the rest of the organization.
This keeps the process focused, practical, and much easier to integrate into everyday work.
-
The most effective Implementation groups include the people who shape the team’s day-to-day rhythm.
This might include:
✦ founders or executives
✦ department heads or directors
✦ team leads or managersThe goal is to bring together the leaders who influence how communication, accountability, and collaboration actually happen.
-
That’s wonderful!
SHINE isn't only about helping struggling teams. It's also about giving strong teams a repeatable rhythm for continued clarity, growth, and reflection.
Highly functional teams can also benefit from having a shared leadership framework.
-
Because leaders deserve clarity before committing their time or attention.
My goal is for you to know exactly what you're considering before booking anything. That way our conversations can focus on whether the work itself is a good fit… not the price.
