Instead, I capture a detailed transcript and AI-assisted summary of the conversation, along with key insights and action steps.

This format is designed to give you clear, usable takeaways without needing to revisit an entire call.

The free Strategy Call is a short exploratory conversation for leaders who are considering Implementation.
Its purpose is simple: to determine whether the program is the right fit for your team and your current situation.
During the call we’ll briefly discuss:

The Implementation program works best for teams that:
