Inside, we discuss what it actually looks like to guide people through learning, growth, and change.

Not through rigid scripts. Through the rhythm of SHINE.

We gather to explore:

If you work with people in any capacity—whether you are leading teams, teaching students, coaching clients, or guiding your own community—this space is designed to help you refine how you do that work.

Why This Community Exists

This might come as a hot take, but… People are complicated.

You put real people in real situations, and real problems will always come up… even with a repeatable framework like The SHINE Cycle™.

Because just like in SHINE, you’re going to encounter resistance. Moments where things will feel unclear, conversations start to get messy, or progress slows down as you’re working to integrate a new rhythm into your flow, and into your team or your whole organization.

But that’s not a failure of the framework. It’s literally part of the process!

And it’s exactly why I’m building this community.

The Alignment Academy is a safe space for leaders and educators to practice SHINE together. A place where you can explore the cycle out loud, hear how others are applying it, go deeper into each layer of it, and ask questions whenever something doesn’t quite click yet.

Because you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

The Academy includes a shared discussion space where members can:

The goal is simple: thoughtful conversation around the craft of guiding people well.

However you enter the community, you’ll find your own rhythm over time, because there’s no “right” way to be here.

What you’ll find is a group of people with a shared interest in guiding people well, and the willingness to keep noticing, adjusting, and refining along the way.
